Use Case

Perfect for supervised tummy time when you want to give your baby something more engaging than an ordinary flat mat. The moving shapes encourage visual attention, reaching, touching, and everyday upper-body movement through play.

How to Use

Inflate the outer border with air, then fill the center section with enough clean water for the floating shapes to move freely.

Seal both valves securely, place the mat on a clean flat floor, and position your baby on their tummy while staying close throughout playtime.

Safety Instructions

Always use under direct adult supervision. Place the mat on a stable floor rather than an elevated surface. Check the valves and mat for damage or leaks before every use and never leave your baby unattended.

Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns simply because:

However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we are happy to provide an eligible replacement as explained below.

You may request a replacement if:

Replacement requests raised after 48 hours are not be eligible for approval.

To help us verify and resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

• Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  
• Clear photo of the label of product package
  
• A short description of the problem

Requests with insufficient evidence may not be approved.

✅ 3. Conditions for Replacement Approval

A replacement request will be reviewed and approved only after the reported issue has been verified.

Where applicable:

• The product must not have been used beyond what is necessary to identify the defect
  
• The product must not have been damaged after delivery
  
• Original packaging should be retained
  
• Tags, accessories, manuals, inserts, and other included items must be available
  
• The issue shown in the submitted proof must match the complaint
  
• The request must be raised within the applicable replacement period (within 48 hours after delivery)
  

Handyhut reserves the right to reject claims involving misuse, accidental damage, altered products, or insufficient evidence, subject to applicable consumer law.

🚫 4. What Is Not Eligible for Replacement?

Replacement generally will not be provided for:

• Change-of-mind requests
  
• Damage caused by improper use or handling
  
• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  
• Incorrect purchases made by the customer
  
• Orders refused at the doorstep without a valid product-related reason
  

Products whose nature requires special hygiene or safety handling may also have additional replacement restrictions.

🚚 5. Replacement Process

If you receive an eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, tampered, or incomplete product:

Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Send your product package label, photos/videos, and description of the issue.

Step 3: Our team will review the request and supporting evidence under 24-48 hours.

Step 4: If approved, we will provide replacement instructions and, where required, arrange return pickup of the affected product.

Step 5: Once the replacement process is approved and completed, a replacement product will be dispatched.

Please do not send any product back to us on your own unless instructed by our support team. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

💳 6. Refund Policy

For eligible product issues, replacement is our primary resolution.

If an eligible replacement can be provided, a refund will not ordinarily be issued instead of the replacement.

We also do not provide refunds for:
